Conflict Minerals Company Policy

We expect all of our manufacturing suppliers to provide conflict minerals that are sourced responsibly and are DRC conflict free. We have implemented the due diligence framework set forth in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (http://www.oecd.org/daf/inv/mne/GuidanceEdition2.pdf), and we expect our suppliers to do the same.

We strongly support such industrywide efforts as the Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative (CFSI) and the Conflict Free Smelter Program (CFSP) (http://www.conflictfreesourcing.org/conflict-free-smelter-program/) through usage of the CFSI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT).  We require that our manufacturing suppliers use the CFSP-compliant smelters. As more smelters and refiners are validated through the CFSP, our Company, along with the entire electronics industry, will move closer to achieving a DRC conflict free supply chain.
