The 4Klearity™ can connect directly via the HDMI Out or Display Port Out to the LG 4K Medical Imaging Displays to also display the last 4K UHD Still captures and 4K UHD video.
LG Electronics USA Business Solutions is entering the medical imaging technology market and presenting three new devices at the 2016 Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA 2016). Two new LG 4K Medical Imaging Displays and a new radiography device are being previewed at the conference offering high resolution images in multiple hospital settings. LG hopes to use their experience with advanced flat panel display technology to provide physicians with nonpareil tools for crucial decisions.

The LG 8MP Clinical Review Monitor is designed for efficiency; streamlining work flow and multitasking. The 27-inch in-plane switching (IPS) monitor delivers 3840 x 2160 pixels, or 4K resolution, with enhanced brightness levels and backlight stabilization to maintain luminance level consistently. The monitor also provides healthcare professionals with wide viewing angles and minimal color shift for distinct imagery. Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) compliant, the display is carefully calibrated for consistency across devices. Its Dynamic Sync Mode reduces input lag, while modes like Flicker Safe and Reader Mode lessen the effect of asthenopia on the eyes of staff during long shifts.
